I hereby consent to the processing of my personal data by the company Pražské jaro, o.p.s. (hereinafter referred to as the “Administrator”), registered in the register of public benefit societies, maintained by the Regional Court in Prague, Section O, insert 143, with its registered seat at Hellichova 18, Prague 1, ID No.: 25773194, which is the operator of the portal www.festival.cz, under the conditions set out below.
1. Personal data that may be processed:
- name, surname
- phone
- street, city, postcode, country
- password – in encrypted form
- IP address
2. The purpose of processing personal data is:
Making a reservation or purchasing tickets. Improving the Customer’s shopping experience and increasing their awareness of the current offer through direct marketing and analysis of traffic and purchasing behaviour.
3. The period of processing of personal data is:
5 years from the date of consent.
4. Personal data may be provided to the following third parties:
ENIGOO s.r.o. (the company that provides ticket sales and reservations for the Administrator)
Personal data is collected and stored only electronically in secure data storage. Data transmitted between the Customer’s device and the Controller/CT server is always encrypted using SSL protocol.
5. Instructions on sending tenders by e-mail
By giving consent to receive updates by e-mail, the Customer also gives consent to the processing of personal data as described above. News – newsletters are commercial communications informing about the current offer of events for which tickets can be booked or purchased.
The Customer is entitled to revoke this consent to the processing of personal data as described above at any time, by sending a request via email to info@festival.cz or by selecting the Revocation of Consent to the processing of personal data available in the “My Account” section. The Customer may also request the deletion of the data, either by email or again via the deletion option from the “My Account” section. The customer can withdraw their consent to receive updates via the unsubscribe link in each newsletter.
The data subject – the Customer declares by his/her consent that he/she has been duly instructed by the Administrator on the processing and protection of personal data*, that the personal data provided by him/her are accurate and true and are provided to the Administrator voluntarily.

In accordance with the provisions of Article 13 of Regulation (EU) No 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016, the General Data Protection Regulation (the “Regulation“), the Controller hereby informs that:
- the personal data of the Data Subject will be processed on the basis of his/her free consent, under the above conditions,
- the reason for providing personal data to the Data Subject is the Data Subject’s interest in increasing awareness of the Controller’s current offer, which would not be possible without the provision of this data,
- the processing of the Data Subject’s personal data will not involve automated decision-making or profiling
- The controller has not appointed a data protection officer, has not entrusted any processor with the processing of personal data or appointed a representative to carry out its obligations under the Regulation,
- The Controller does not intend to transfer the personal data of the Data Subject to a third country, an international organisation or to third parties other than those mentioned above,
- The data subject has the right to withdraw his/her consent to the processing of personal data at any time, the right to request from the Controller access to his/her personal data, their correction or deletion, or restriction of processing, and to object to the processing, the right to the portability of such data to another controller, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection if he/she believes that the Controller is processing personal data in violation of the Regulation.
- Consent to the processing of personal data is not obligatory for the purpose of placing an order/booking a ticket, as this is necessary data for the fulfilment of the contractual relationship, see Terms and Conditions.
