Personal data is collected and stored only electronically in secure data storage. Data transmitted between the Customer’s device and the Controller/CT server is always encrypted using SSL protocol.
By giving consent to receive updates by e-mail, the Customer also gives consent to the processing of personal data as described above. News – newsletters are commercial communications informing about the current offer of events for which tickets can be booked or purchased.
The Customer is entitled to revoke this consent to the processing of personal data as described above at any time, by sending a request via email to info@festival.cz or by selecting the Revocation of Consent to the processing of personal data available in the “My Account” section. The Customer may also request the deletion of the data, either by email or again via the deletion option from the “My Account” section. The customer can withdraw their consent to receive updates via the unsubscribe link in each newsletter.
The data subject – the Customer declares by his/her consent that he/she has been duly instructed by the Administrator on the processing and protection of personal data*, that the personal data provided by him/her are accurate and true and are provided to the Administrator voluntarily.
