ZTP and ZTP-P Discount
Holders of ZTP card (1 person) and ZTP-P card (1 person and 1 accompaniment) cards: 50% discount on all the concerts upon verifying of the relevant document. The discount can be applied online and at the Rudolfinum box office.
Children Discount
Children under 15 years of age: 20% discount on all concerts of the Rudolf Firkušný Piano Festival. The discount can be applied online and at the Rudolfinum box office.
Senior Discount
Concert goers 65 years and older: 20% discount on all concerts of the Rudolf Firkušný Piano Festival. The discount can be applied online and at the Rudolfinum box office. This discount is not available on 1st and 2nd price category.
Student Discount
Holders of an ISIC or student card: 20% discount on all concerts of the Rudolf Firkušný Piano Festival. The discount can be applied online and at the Rudolfinum box office. This discount is not available on 1st and 2nd price category.

Bulk orders
Bulk orders can be sent by email to info@enigoo.cz at least 3 weeks before the date of the concert. Written orders are binding. Ticket payment is made by bank transfer on the basis of an advance invoice with a due date of 14 days. Once the advance invoice has been issued, the number of tickets, ticket category and concert date cannot be changed. If the advance invoice is not paid within the due date, the ticket reservation will not be extended and will be automatically forfeited. If tickets are delivered by post, a handling fee for postage and packing is added to the ticket price.
Orders will be processed sequentially according to the date of receipt and until the specified contingent for bulk orders is exhausted. An advance invoice for tickets booked in this way will be issued promptly with a due date of 14 days. Once the advance invoice has been issued, the number of tickets, the category of tickets and the date of the concert can no longer be changed. If the advance invoice is not paid by the due date, the ticket reservation will not be extended and will automatically be forfeited.
No refunds will be given for lost tickets. Purchased tickets cannot be returned or exchanged.
Prague Spring points out that it is not responsible for tickets purchased outside the official sales points. Any speculative sale of tickets to third parties or organisations is contrary to the terms and conditions and is prohibited.
